Retractable skegs

We offer some nice-looking and easily operated retractable skegs in all our kayaks.

The skeg itself is made of high density polyethelyne and retracts into a water-tight compartment. It is located in the rear storage compartment and, therefore will diminish the space of this comartment slightly.

The skeg is operated with a conveniently located control that can be placed either to the right or to the left of the cockpit.

Recessed Compass

Our compasses are mounted into the bow deck so that they are slightly recessed to offer a more sleek look and to keep them out of the way. They are located between the forward hatch and the bungee hold-down cords.
