Stewart River Boatworks is a premier builder of wooden boats. We specialize in cedar rib and plank canoes and lapstrake rowboats built from either solid lumber or marine plywood planking with oak ribs and traditional fastenings. All boats are handcrafted by Alex Comb who has been building wooden boats professionally since 1979.
